Hi Jeff please come to read this thread, I will post everything you need here.
Some good examples of live streaming: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KxjWaIeKKJU (Your live-streaming teachers don't have to look so posh, but need to look pretty or funny to attract young adults.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S6u173Ap2mc (This is just an example to show you the teaching method. Your teachers may choose different activities.)
The students' English level: between "can ask simple questions and understand simple answers" and "can understand the discussions on stackexchange.
Hello Xiang, Could you discuss your company's curriculum and provide a short sample lesson?
>>8 >curriculum If we teach young adults, we do not have a curriculum. The students decide what they want to learn. If we teach little kids age 3-6, the curriculum is to teach them everything they need to learn at an early age in English. But we will only start this after we successfully attract young adults. >and provide a short sample lesson The three videos. >>4 and >>6 (But you can't play them. I have to find new videos.)

Teaching method. Another example of teaching activities. Your live-streaming teachers narrate what they play/show, and they play/show what they say. Students don't have to ask what do you mean by ..., because what they see is what your teachers mean.

>>9 As you can see, the teaching method is very different from most of the teaching methods, which may use translation, focus on vocabulary, grammar, etc. There is only one curriculum for any language teaching if the goal is to help students reach the level of a 6 or 7 year old native speaker. Just teach the students what people say in their everyday life, unless it's specifically requested by students. The curriculum for business or finance or other subjects could be different. Please understand the above point. This is one of the major differences between our teaching and others'.

>>10 >>11 She's one of the teachers that understand my point very well. It looks like the teacher is teaching students something they must learn to live their own life but she actually teaches a language.

>>13 Teach students how to live their life, teach the things related, teach activities to teach a language.
>>8 Age 1: what a 1 year old baby may do, items in a baby's life, and related actions Age 2: what a 2 year old baby may do, ... ... Age 8: what an 8 year old child may do, items in a child's life, and related actions. Age 8+: what an 8+ year old child or adult may do, items in their life, and related actions. If your teachers teach babies, just imagine what they need to learn when they are between 1-6. If your teachers teach young adults, just imagine what they need to learn when they are 4 or older. Activities to play and show (not subjects to talk about): At home, >in bedroom, getting dressed, making beds, packing a backpack, arranging and tidying up, girls applying makeup, etc. >in bathroom, brushing teeth, taking a bath/shower, using toilet, washing hands, etc. >in kitchen, cooking something, pick, clean and prepare some food for cooking, cleaning and washing after a meal, etc. >in dining room, having a meal alone, having a meal together with someone, eating a specific food, etc. >in living room, sweeping, watching TV or using a computer, partying, visiting a relative or a relative revisiting you, etc. >in garden, planting trees or flowers, mowing the grass, cutting or trimming trees, paving, catching bugs, etc. > on a road, safety, walking and what you can see, taking a bus, etc. >on a street, safety, shopping around, buying and paying or even selling, etc. >in a school, in a school yard, in a classroom, etc. >in a hospital (pretending to be in a hospital), appointment, visiting a doctor, etc. >in a restaurant >making a phone call >emergency call >using transportation, bike, scooter, motorbike, bus, train, plane, or driving >relaxing >having fun >enjoying nature ... All of the things that may happen in a child's life or a child may need to learn. If your teachers teach young adults and they need to learn more, they can specify what they want to learn. It's up to them.
